Scratch Disks full

I have serach long and hard for this and done everything its told me to do, but nothing. First when i ctrl alt when startup and change it to my D:/ which is my hd is does not save that nor does it show up when photoshop does happen to open in preferences/scratch disks it only shows my C:/ which is my ssd I really need help cause this is really frustating ive been at this for a couple days and nothing

See if you can press and hold Ctrl+Alt and start Photoshop and change your Scratch disk order do nor  use tour C: f you have less than 100GB free on it.  You doe not want Photoshop Scratch filling up you startup ssd

Make sure your user id has write access to your user id Photoshop preferences folder that is where it would be saved.

Do you get this at the point you try to create a new document? If so, look closely at your dimensions. Many people accidentally try to make a file with size in inches rather than pixels, a file too large for anyone's computer.
