Scrolling through font sizes dynamically with arrows on keyboard in Photoshop CC 2018

I have an Issue where I cant cycle through font sizes when select some text then click the font size box and then use arrows to cycle through font sizes you have to press enter to select a size, where as before I'm sure it used to change font size on the fly as you scrolled through similar to scrolling through fonts in Photoshop.

Its very annoying that you have to drag the corners of the text box to scale the text to match other objects on the page.

I cannot remember that font size was updating as you are increasing or decreasing font size using the keyboard with text size field in the Options bar. I think that's your assumption based on font list.

Did you tried to select text (double click on text layer) then to use keyboard shortcuts: Ctrl + Shift + > or < to increase or decrease font size. Add Alt/Opt to change font size with an increment of 10.
