Your image is in 32 bits/channel mode. Only a limited set of adjustments are available in that mode. Convert to 16 bits/channel to use those adjustments

 

32 bits/channel linear  is a specialist mode for HDR images/HDR renders etc. It is not necessary for normal photographic images.
