Hi
With Christmas very close we need some decorations. The tree is in place but the decorations are still in the box. Can you help and, of course, give it a "something for the weekend" twist?
The “rules”:
* Anything goes, as long as it meets the forum rules on decency, copyright etc
* Anyone, and everyone, is welcome to have a go, whether you are a complete beginner or a Photoshop expert. This is not just for our forum "regulars".
* There are no prizes apart from the chance to practice, show off, or bring a bit of humour and fun. Don't be shy, join in and have a go!
To download the image below at its full pixel size, with an embedded ICC colour profile (sRGB), hover over the image and click on the circle with the arrows at the top right. Then, when the image opens in its own window, right click and choose “Save Image As/Save Target As” (or similar depending on your browser).
When posting back your image – please use the blue reply button in this first post. If posting a comment on someone else’s entry then please use the grey reply button next to their image post.
Merry Christmas to you and your families.
Dave

I was trying to decorate the Christmas tree, but I couldn't quite reach the top.

Nice job Lorelai and a clever idea!
I think I see the bauble from SFTW123 which gets you bonus points 🙂

The holidays, but make it LED lights! There are four blobs of some content creators that I watch on Twitch and YouTube. It took me about two hours to complete this.

Turning the lights out to show off your LED lights is a great idea Oli, and I can see that you remembered to plug the lights in - that's good attention to detail. On top of that you gave us something to seek out in the four "blobs" - nice job !

Ho ho ho. Meeeeery Christmas.
I just found this thread on page five, so methinks it needs a wee bump while we dream up what to do with it,

[EDIT] I'm looking at this and thinking I spent ages getting the spring to expand realistically, and you can barely see it! 😟
Dave, I bet you can't guess what's coming next? LOL or perhaps you can.

Nice one Trevor 🙂
Your comment on the spring brings to mind me working on 3D scenes. If I spot a wrong detail I'll put it right as, even if very few would spot it, I would know it's wrong.
"Dave, I bet you can't guess what's coming next?"
I think I might have an inkling... 🙂

Outstanding Jain. I totally love it. I'm thinking that was not done with Photoshop (not that it needs to be).
Happy Christmas everyone. It's 10am Christmas day here and the sun is shining, and it's a cool 20°C (68° in old money) but it will be a toasty 29°C (84° olde worlde measuring units) tomorrow. It will soon be time to be throwing shrimps on the barbie. Actually my Christmas dinner is going to be Curry because that's my favourite thing to eat, and it's Christmas.

Thanks, @Trevor.Dennis ! Too kind. Absolutely 100 percent made and rendered with Photoshop... and I have the timeline to prove it, lol. Merry Christmas Curry to you.

Decoration is getting late. Someone else is already on the way.
Wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Well done Trevor for the little details that I only picked up after a second, closer look - like the spilled milk and fallen picture.

Haha. Excellent Trevor, as Dean said it's all the little details that make it.

Here's another one with my regular Aus influence plus SFTW of Xmas Past.

Very Australian Dean. A cockatoo, a laughing kookaburra, a cuddly koala bear and pictures borrowed from previous SFTW. Christmas has almost been and gone for me already, and what are you? Two or three hours behind me? I enjoyed my curry. They didn't have any Terry's Chocolate Oranges at the supermarket yesterday, so I settled for a Toblerone! 🙂 When that's gone it's back to my diet. 😞

Thanks Trevor. About 5 hours left of the day here.
Enjoy the rest of the Toblerone. I need to restock 🙂

A nice Australian twist on the theme Dean.
It's never too late if any one else wants to join in.
