The tiny harbourmaster's boat is heading back in to the harbour at Nairn in the Moray Firth, Scotland. Is he just finished his shift, is the weather turning bad, or is something else chasing him in? That is up to you to show us.

I like the way they have ordered themselves by height of dorsal fin Jane 🙂

The news stories say the older orcas are teaching the younger orcas how to ram the boats, so it makes sense that the youngsters are following the adult Dave 😮

I like how it has blended the colour of the sky onto the more distant water.
I'd be interested in how we are all doing with our Gen Creds with it getting towards the end of the month. I'm finding it not as useful as I expected, so I have still got lots of points left. I've watched all the excellent tricks and tips about the tools on Colin Smith's and Jesus Rameriz channels as well. 😞

I was looking at this again, with its title in mind 'Heading Home', and remembered some footage shot shortly after the Pike River Mine Explosion that trapped and killed 29 miners in New Zealand November 2010. Lot's of news media were there for months afterwards hoping they'd go in and rescue the minors, and two news cameramen shot the footage below of two fishing boats trying to cross the Greymouth Bar to get home with their catch.
This would be a daily occurence for these boats, but it's not always as rough as this. Several people have drowned crossing that bar.

That's an interesting reflection in the mirror. I am not sure I'd have got it right if I'd had to fake it.
Bob, I hope you don't mind, but I reinserted your image into your post using the forum picture widget. I think you might have pasted it directly, which causes it to display much smaller than it should.

Thanks. Yes, that's how I did it. I'll do it differently next time.

I didn't do the reflection. It's a free stock photo from Pexels.

I know cats are not supposed to like water - but it is a bit harsh on the boat Joseph 🙂
