Hi,
We had some great entries to our last, 'Cutting Edge' challenge. Thanks to all who took the time to create those images.
This week we are off to the River Wear at Durham, where we find this old fulling mill. Fulling is a step in the process of making woollen cloth. The building dates back to the 17th century although there are records of a watermill at the location even before that. In 1833 it became a museum and part of the university of Durham. It is a timeless and tranquil scene. What can you do to liven it up?
The “rules”:
To download the starter image, hover over the image and click on the circle with the arrows at the top right. Then, when the image opens in its own window, right click and choose “Save Image As/Save Target As” (or similar depending on your browser).
When posting back your image — please use the blue reply button in this first post and use the 'Insert Photos' icon at the top of the reply box. If posting a comment on someone else’s entry, then please use the grey reply button next to their image post.
Have fun!
Dave

What's the clearance height on that beast?

I'd be less concerned with the clearance height and more with the problem that I never got around to creating the back 🙂

My first rule of 3D modelling. If it's not going to be in the rendered scene - don't model it 🙂

Thank you.
I even removed the center post of the bottom window because the water pressure broke it.

@chelsea_7597 It's very simple to join in. Go to the first post in this thread and follow the instructions to download the image. Make your edits and then post it back in a reply to that first post (the online forum posting box has an image icon to attach images).

There are several rivers in the UK that have rubber duck races in the summer. None that have them that size though 🙂
