source and destination button missing for patch

When you are using the patch tool, the source and destination option button is not showing up in the top toolbar.

Change from Content Aware to Normal

You have the Narrow Options Bar enabled under Edit>Preferences>Workspace, which has different icons than the normal options bar.

The relevant options are still there, just with different icons as shown in the screenshot below.
