Storing Your Presets in Your Own Custom Folder?

Using Win 10 and the current version of Photoshop CC 2019.

I asked some time ago about the several different default locations presets are stored in by Adobe and was strongly advised to keep all my presets in my own designated folder outside of Adobe's file trees. I've finally rounded up all my downloaded custom shapes and styles and brushes etc... from the various Adobe folders they were hiding in and have them sorted into their own folders inside one main folder. Then I deleted them from the Adobe folders and then opened PS and reset everything to default sets. So now that I am all cleared out, how do I get all my custom presets back into PS from the folder they are in now? I don't see an option anywhere in Edit-Preferences to point Adobe to that folder. And if I go into each individual tool (brushes, patterns, shapes etc) and use "load" and navigate to the folder myself, I can only select one file at a time to load. Which means right now I'd have to rinse & repeat the Load process over 100 times to get all my extras back in the program. What am I missing? Surely there's a way to not have to add them back one by one?

Thankyou. The method in the Brushes video looks like it is worth a shot except it looks like all the brush files he selected ended up in the same giant set of brushes instead of staying in groups? That would be a huge PITA scrolling thru hundreds of brush tips every time instead of just going to say, Splatter Effects, and picking the one you want.

OK, I am a little bit confused here. You say you removed your presets from their default locations, and now want to put them back? I imagine there was a plan to this, but I am missing it so far.

If I have to do a clean reinstall of Windows 10, I will probably back up the entire 'app data' tree, but if I was pushed for space, I'd at least save ...\app data\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2019\ Most of what you need will be in the Presets folder tree. I don't know any way to point Photoshop to a different location.

My first question from a while back re the various default locations and the best one to use:

I was advised to keep my presets in my own folder. I have them all in my own folder now but can't find any instructions on how to get them all back into the program from that folder. I could easily copy them all back into here

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2019\Presets

but that would defeat the purpose of all this which was to follow the advice given of NOT keeping them there.
