Surface area measurement of spheroids
I am working with lung organoids and want to measure the surface area of them. I am attaching one image of my organoids.
I am using imageJ software to measure the area but it is taking too much time as I am selecting individual organoid and measuring area. I tried to use wand tool (imagej and photoshop) but it is selecting in between area along with the organoids.
I also tried thresholding method but not able to get complete threshold of my organoid images.
Could anyone please help me in measuring surface area of all small and large spheres in this image.
I have more than hundreds of these images. please tell meth eeasy and efficient way to use photoshop or imagej or other software to analyse these images.
