Syncing Settings, Presets, Actions, etc between computers

What is the best way to transfer Photoshop Settings, Presets, Actions, etc, to a new computer?

It looks like some cloud-based sync was available that has since been discontinued. "Preset sync in Photoshop 25.0 has been discontinued and the feature will no longer be functional."

Is the information found here still the best way to do it https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/photoshop/using/preset-migration.html ? Certain things seem to be missing with this method like scripts, workspace, etc.

It's such a shame that there isn't an automated way to sync presets or to export them like in Illustrator and inDesign. Using the manual way, by copying the settings folder is a bit "cheap" and "low cost way"...

I have to transfer them so seldomy that I keep having problems remembering where which presets are stored.

I work on Mac myself, but the Workspaces you should find under (and copy to)
Users\[user name]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop [version]\Adobe Photoshop [version] Settings\WorkSpaces

Scripts should be under

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop [version]\Settings

I talked to support and they recommended the same thing.

They advised I copy-paste all of the files under Users/username/AppData/Roaming/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop 2024/Adobe Photoshop 2024 Settings  (Windows). I've yet to try it, but I understand this should essentially transfer everything.

In 2024 that is the solution, that I need to copy files manually between computers? But always ask me to sign in tu dual image editing and similar network related thinks ... but cannot sync relevant settings between 2 computers 😄
