I think your machine may have two GPU Nvidia and Intel and your Nvidia driver file may have been deleted or moved.  Re-install the Nvidia Device driver the use the Nvidia control panel to set 3d Preferences for Photoshop to prefer the Nvidia adapted.

You should be able to run sniffer from a command line
