Tileable texture from scanned image

Hi all, 

I have a large piece of fabric that has a repeat larger than A4. I have cut the fabric into sections of a4 and then scanned them. My issue is now being able to match the colours so that they are consistant throughout the tiles. 

I have tried a high pass filter but this doesn't seem to be the solution.
