Tool context menu open to another screen

Hi,

I've update yesterday to Photoshop 24.2 version and now I have an issue with the context menu you can open with right click on any tool from the toolbar.

If I open PS in full screen mode and right click on the tool, the context menu just open to the other screen I have on the left. If I reduce the size of the window to just a portion of the screen, the behaviour of the menu is the one expected wiith the menu opening on the right.

Someone knows how can I fix this? I'm using Windows 11 22H2 (build number 22621.1265) and this is the first issue I face with PS on Win11.
