So I come to the community in need of some help, everytime I rollover a menu item up here the button does a weird flicker. I have provided a video to show exactly what is happening. I tried googling and nothing came back useful. Hopefully there is a fix for this, thanks!
Not sure if this will help anyone else, but I resolved this issue by changing my monitor cable. I had read on another forum that the type of connection could be the issue if you're using a 4k monitor (which I was). I swapped out the HDMI cable for a display port cable et voila, no more flickering. That was a few months ago and I haven't had any issues since.
Really? A cable's fault? This is the most ridiculoous defend of Adobe's fault I've ever heard of. None of the apps I use and used had never such issues. None.
