Touch doesn't rotate photoshop canvas consistently on Wacom Cintiq Pro 27 in windows 11.

Look I pay for this crap software and I need the touch to rotate when drawing. Touch has been garbage in photoshop for over a year now. FIX IT. I PAY FOR THIS SOFTWARE. DONT YOU OWE TO US TO ACTUALLY FIX IT?

 

Touch rotate gesture sometiems rotates and sometimes scales because ti thinks two fingers is a scale move by default. SWITCH THE PRIORITY so two figners is ROTATE by default then scale second.

 

It's impossible to use this [removed by moderator] software like this,. YOU DONT EVEN CARE.

 

FRESCO doesnt ahve this problem but fresco is a dead product.

 

Look I'm jumping to Procreate on desktop th e second it's out. So if you want to keep a customer... FIX  THIS [removed by moderator].

Please do note that you're posting on a User to User forum. Sometimes, it's reviewed by Adobe staff, but for a post like this, I'm afraid you're not likely to get a response. Since rotate really works well within the app, and your difficulty is when using the Wacom device, and the Wacom driver, I'm afraid that it's Wacom who would need to address this issue. You're, of course, welcome to post your concerns to the Bugs section of this Community (see attachment), but nobody on this Discussion portion of the site will be able to assist you. If you know of others with your issue, please ask them to upvote your Bug report here. But, I do think you'll find better assistance on your issue, with the Wacom Support area (https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/community/topics)
