Use of Altgr key

When using the Welsh keyboard and trying to type ç [altgr c] the Canvas Size command is envoked.  How can I stop this happening in order to type my character?  Photoshop CC 20.0.6  Windows 10 1909

Hi @Theresa Goldband does your OS and Photoshop install match the language of the keyboard?

Hi Kevin, thanks for getting back to me.  I am working on an English OS and Photoshop install and using the Welsh keyboard as an additional language.  English UK is the default and I switch to Welsh when required.

Sinhala use a character on the Altgr c key and this works well inside PS, it does not invoke the command.
