using gradient tool by following specific requirements.

Hey guys, new here and my apology if this is not how I am supossed to ask. Been working with photoshop for couple of years now and thought i knew how to use the gradient tool but not I was given specific requirements to follow and I don't know how to implement them. 

Desired gradient RGB build—dark (R: 85; G: 91; B: 91) to light (R: 195; G: 195; B: 195) how and where do i look to change these values? Thank you so much in advance.
