view tif in rgb mode

When I save image after photomanipulations in Tif in rgb mode changing only 1 piece of image when I'm opening saved photo somewhere else. Basically this is a shadow(but unblured) under the main layer, but on view it goes up.. tried to save after merge all layers-the same
