Installed 2024, was deeply unimpressed by the gen AI features, talked to an agent who had me reinstall 2023. Both are still technically installed on my machine, the only difference is one has the AI feature (and is kind of intrusive about it - to anyone screen-sharing Photoshop to something like discord, you'll have to disable the Contextual Task Bar under 'View' to show Photoshop and not an ad for its genereative AI features).
Now that I'm back to using good old 2023, I'm getting pestered by ads about once a minute to upgrade to the new version with AI. I turned off tooltips and rich tooltips. Can someone please help me make it go away? It's distracting, takes up screenspace and covers my menus.
