where to get additional support

This is site is staffed by volunteers, who contribute time and knowledge. I appreciate that. But where do you turn with a persistent problem that isn't resolved here, by the volunteers? Do I need to contact a specific support page or call or email, or do I have to hire someone?

Any guidance much appreciated.

Do you want to be a dog chasing its tail running around in a circle?

The best you can do is use chat and ask for higher level tier support and ask for an human agent.  Adobe support is not what it should be and they make what support there is hard get to an use. Like this link  https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

Only Adobe can fix Adobe code.

Thanks, JJMack.  I suppose if you have a tight hold on the market you don't invest a lot in customer service or support.  To foist the whole business off to a comunity of volunteers may save some money but it does them no credit. As soon as I can find the time I'll start with the link you provided.
