Why can't I use my Illustrator paragraph styles in Photoshop with CC Libraries?

I'm creating a template for designers, but the paragraph styles I created in Illustrator will not transfer to Photoshop in Adobe CC Library. They appear greyed out and unusuable. What is the issue here and how do I solve this?

Advanced text formatting is specific to the programs simply because each of them has a different text engine and supports different features. This will never work. You have to create whatever formatting you want natively in PS.
