Why is my 3D rendering not working

What's going wrong with my 3D rendering? I opened a new page & tried to start a new 3D render and this happened.

Can anyone tell me what's going wrong, and more importantly what I can do to get it working properly?

Have you tried disabling Photoshop's 2021 native canvas support?

More than likely fix the issue you have, if you do enable the option make sure to restart Photoshop
