Windows options are not all displaying

In Photoshop Elements 2022 in addition to using the Gradient Picker in the Tool Options to import gradients, you can also use the Preset Manager found under the Edit menu.

For Photoshop Elements 2022

Make sure your in the Expert mode, click on the Gradient Tool in the Tools panel, click on Tool Options, click on the little downturned arrow to open the Gradient Picker and from the Gradient Picker flyout menu click either Load Gradients (appends to the already loaded gradients) or Replace Gradients.

Are you using Photoshop Elements 2022 or Photoshop 2022?

In Photoshop 2022 you should see Gradients listed under the Window menu, then from the Gradients panel flyout menu click Import Gradients.
