XML parsing error. "no element found" at line 1

When I close PS I get the message above.

Before I installed NIK-Collection new.

What does this error mean and what can I do to optimize?

Yes, it is a MAC with El Capitan 10.11.6

Copying the Color Efex Pro-Folder on the desktop was helpful.
