Adjusting artboards similarly to Illustrator

Is there any way Adobe could impliment a way to edit artboards easily like in Illustrator? I don't mean in terms of size changes, but in Illustrator I've found it really convenient when you can make as many artboards that you need, for example: creating social media carousels, and then you can go into the artboard tool and edit the spacing inbetween each board and how it's laid out. I was hoping Photoshop had a similar feature but it doesn't which makes it a bit more tedious when I do have to build out certain social graphics on there. If there's any way to add that to Photoshop, I'd love that

You've got my vote! This could be scripted, however artboards are so torturous to work with.

You should consider creating an action to setup the artboards for ongoing social media or other uses, at least you then only need to go through the pain once... Or you could remove the content from all artboards in a previously setup doc, then save it as a Photoshop template for future use.
