Why in 2024 is the photoshop toolbar limited to 16 slots for tools with an ellipse menu being the last one? I use photoshop on several large and high resolution displays. I should be able to expand that toolbar length to be whatever I wish. This is one of many frustrating limitations being added to the latest (post 2012) upodates to CC that simple add bloat or get in the way.
