Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn es möglich wäre mit Aktionen Gruppe zu öffnen und zu schließen

Do you mean layer sets? If so for now you can only collapse them all together (at least in regular Photoshop).

Yes, but it would be great to have the option for action records.

'Collapse All Groups' (in Layers panel dropdown manu) is recordable.
