You use Enter for everything, and sometimes you're bound to double-tap it.
How do I prevent it from acknowledgint the existence of this panel?
I'm willing to break whatever I have to in the photoshop system files if I have to, I just HATE this functionality with a burning passion and want it to cease. Any way to fix it?

**I don't want to know that pressing escape or enter again will 'accept' the value, I want it to never touch this panel for anything ever again.

Unfortunately, I don't know of a way to disable this behavior. I have converted this topic to a feature request.
