P:Liquify as a regular tool, doesn't open any window

Saw a few posts that suggested this, but they were from 2006 and 2011, so I figured I'd refresh the suggestion.

The current Liquify tool feels very archaic as it opens a new window and is kind of laggy, even on high en PC, and that window often doesn't retain custom shortcuts for brush size, zooms, etc. So it would be really nice to have a Liquify tool being just a regular tool, kind of how CSP does it. No extra window that opens up.

I figured having a refreshed thread could help push the demand since the original thread is now 12 years old and there has been no signs of consideration for it so far.
