Photoshop Keyboard shortcut settings requires immediate upgrade

I'm pretty sure that "Photoshop shortcuts settings" did not update for the past 15 years!  

for example, in Illustrator, after effects, premiere shortcut settings, you can  SEARCH for a menu command to make a custom keybaord, where in photoshop search is not available

one more VERY important note,  in photoshop specifically you are not allowed to make a custom shortcut using ( Alt key on windows or  Opt on mac ) where you can use it in Illustrator and after effects which improved and speeded up my worflow over the years.

Hi @Pete.Green Please take a look on this feature request, It should not be a feature request it is supposed to be a common sense across adobe software.

if you go to windows -> libraries,  you will find it there, however if you I want to make a shortcut, it is not listed in the keyboard shourtcuts & menus , see attached !
