After editing in PSE13, dialog box pops up when trying to email a photo to myself. [was: Help please]

I edited a picture in LR then exported to Elements 13 finished it and then tried to email it to myself and it says it is open in a dialog box. Then I tried to do it in Elements 13 only and the same box pops up when I try to email it to myself, anyone had this happen
