Bypassing the home page

What do you mean by you can't open it?

Right-click on the desktop icon and choose Properties.  Copy the Target file location and paste it in a reply here.  It's possible that you have used the wrong .exe file.

There are several ways (on Windows).  My favorite is to pin the Organizer to the taskbar:

1. Open the Organizer
2. Right-click on the taskbar Organizer icon
3. Select Pin to taskbar

Another method is to create a desktop shortcut:

1. Go to the C:\Program Files\Adobe\Elements 2025 Organizer\ folder
2. Right-click on the file named PhotoshopElementsOrganizer.exe 
3. Select Send to>Desktop (create shortcut) from the context menu.  (You may need to choose Show More Options from the first context menu that appears.)
