Can't perform this operation. 0 Photoshop 2018

When I upload a photo it tells me Operation can not be completed. Then there's a 0 by itself at the bottom. Then I try to save my work and it shuts down the entire system. If I try to upload more than one image, it says it cannot be parse with Jpeg. I need help.
