My dad's computer has some issues. The program has the little bar that says it's opening but it just kinda hangs there and eventually crashes. Reinstall did nothing.

Which operating system? Have you tried resetting preferences when you launch Elements?

Hello. My PSE keeps crashing, usually when I am clicking on a video. Doesn't make any difference if file is MOV or MP4. Per instructions in this thread, I have updated CC, but I notice it makes no mention of PSE in my list of installed apps. Which seems odd. Is there an update or something for PSE that will resolve the crashes?

I had my pc, converted to windows 11, and when I'm putting text on my documents, below the font, I cannot change the pull down, from regular, to bold, to italized, or anything else. I used to be able to use the pull down.

Make sure you have the text highlighted.
