How do I get rid of Photoshop Elements?

New Here ,
Dec 14, 2016 Dec 14, 2016

Some months ago I used a trial subscription to Photoshop Elements on my Windows 7 Pro machine . Although it does not appear under "Programs", when I copy a jpg image from one program to use in another program it stops everything and asks me to get another trial subscription. When I say "no" it does this all over again. How can I get rid of it when it is not listed as an active program?

Thanks,     Nick

Hi Nick,

when I copy a jpg image from one program to use in another program it stops everything and asks me to get another trial subscription.

From which application are you trying to copy and to which application? It would be helpful to mention the steps of execution you followed.

asks me to get another trial subscription. When I say "no" it does this all over again. How can I get rid of it when it is not listed as an active program?

Please post the screenshot of this message that comes up where you hit "no".

Does it list Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 under Control Panel> All action Panel Items> Programs and Features ?

Thanks,

Arshla

arshla:

I was copying images from Adobe Photoshop (not Elements) to Microsoft Word. But in searching around to answer your questions, I found pieces of Photoshop Elements (even though they weren't listed in the Control Panel / Programs), deleted them, and the problem has stopped.

Many thanks for your help  - this has been bothering me for months!

Nick
