I've got 100 photos in Folder A. I apply individual edits to each, then want to save copies of those edited photos to Folder B.
In Lightroom, I simply select \File\Export, make any changes necessary in the dialog box, and I'm done. Apparently Export means something entirely different in Elements, so what are the equivalent commands to accomplish my task?

Then you save your individual edits, either by overwriting the original or by creating a version set for each.
then want to save copies of those edited photos to Folder B.
If you have overwritten the original, you select your files in the organizer; if you have created versions sets, by default, you only see the edited versions in the workspace, you select them.
In both cases, you run the 'export as new files' command, that will copy the selected files where you want with your chosen options, like changing format, resizing or renaming.
Note that exported files are NOT included in the organizer. The command is mainly meant to enable providing (possibly temporary) copies for external software, printing or displaying.

. . . the edited files do not necessarily have to be saved in version sets - they can be saved simply as copies. There are several choices to make when saving the edited files.
It is also possible to use the File>Copy/Move to Removable Drive option in the Organizer. This menu command is misnamed because you can actually copy selected files to any folder location on your computer.

I don't see the point of saving as a copy.
What advantage would that have over saving in version sets, "saving as" and possibly stacking?

It's not something I would do often either. But it was not clear whether the OP was using the Organizer or whether the goal was simply to place edited images in a different folder. I was merely suggesting some different ways to skin this cat.

I appreciate everyone's time to answer my OP, but it seems what I'm reading is that PE is unable to save multiple files at once. With Lightroom, I routinely save 300 to 400 files with three mouse clicks. It appears PE requires several mouse clicks to save each edited photo, which would be very tedious and time-consuming when editing 300+ photos from a soccer game.

Lightroom is both a DAM (asset management) and raw converter/editor.
Elements is also a DAM with the organizer and the editor.
As mentionned by 99jon, you can also process your 400 files from the editor only.
But if you want to compare LR and PSE, use the organizer. You'll see that Elements had already the ability to do what you want before LR was launched.

You can also batch process files from the Editor.
File >> Process Multiple Files
A choice of separate source folder and destination folder is possible with other options such as re-naming, re-sizing etc.

I found what I was trying to do. I had earlier clicked on "Process Multiple Files", but did not realized that one option is to use opened files instead of a source folder. Doing that saved all of my edits into a separate folder with no more effort than it took in Lightroom. Woo Hoo! I'm going to be able to get out from under that monthly subscription fee for Lightroom.

Can you fill me in on how you figured out how to save multiple edited photos at once? I'm struggling!
