What can i do about this? This happens everytime I try and load a photo that was taken from a canon T5 when i normally shoot with T5i. I have tried to install the plugins as well and nothing is working..............Please help

Have you tried Help>Updates from within the pse 12 editor to get camera raw 8.5, which should then open those files.

Yes I have tried downloading a lot of different things and nothing has

What version of windows are you using?

If in the pse 12 editor you go to Help>About Plug-In and click on Camera Raw, what version does it say?

What happens when you try Help>Updates?
