PSE 2019 options for greeting cards are very limited. There are no folded cards. On the tutorial videos the list always shows folded card templates.

I don't think that there is a provision for this.
Avery has free templates. For example, #3265 is for half-fold greeting card. You can enhance your picture/graphic in PSE and utilize it together with the template.

I have an inexpensive greeting card program called "Greeting Card Factory DeLuxe". The program is not restricted to greeting cards, but one can also print certificates, note cards, etc. Saves on wasted paper and ink!
