3D & other functions not working for supported & updated driver
I just installed Photoshop CC.
When I run PS and try use some of the features (i.e. Oil Paint, 3D), I get the following error message:
"Photoshop has encountered a problem with the display driver and has temporarily disabled enhancements for this feature which use the graphics hardware. The issue can be commonly fixed by updating the display drivers. If the problem persists, disable OpenCL for this and other features in Preferences > Performance > Advanced Settings."
I have the following driver - AMD Radeon (TM) R7 240 - And it is up to date.
I have gone into Preferences > Performance > Advanced Settings, and the OpenCL setting is unchecked and greyed out so it cannot be selected.
I have checked that my document is RGB, that I am running Windows 64-Bit, and that 'Use graphics processor' is checked in my settings.
Please help! I have no idea what to try next.
Thanks so much.
