Can't update Photoshop CS6 to 13.0.2 for retina display

I am currently running Photoshop CS6 13.0.1 on my MBP 13" with a retina display. Honestly, it looks pretty awful. I've tried to update it to 13.0.2, but every time I open the patch installer I get the message that the "Update Failed: This patch isn't available for you..." :

 

I've looked through the forums for solutions, however the only solution I found was to make sure my Adobe Application Manager was up to date - which it is, I've downloaded the most recent version. When I open Photoshop, I can't seem to click Help > Updates as it's greyed out.

I'm having the exact same issues when I try to update Illustrator to 16.0.3. Hopefully you can help me out! Please don't just suggest that I upgrade to CC. That's unfortunately not in the cards right now.

Try to install update manually. Download then from Adobe unpack the and run setup. I use a PC so I do not know the exact steps needed on a mac. I also do not see a 13.0.2 mac update listed the current mac perpetual version is 13.0.6.  Here is the mac download
