Color Grading Question

Hi! I am trying to create a lut in photoshop to use as a grade inside of a premiere pro project I am working on. I am not in anyway very familiar with photoshop and have spent very little time within it so I apologize if the answer is very straightforward. My question is, in the color grade I am trying to create, I want my warm shadows to be almost a dark red while I want my warm highlights to be almost a bit yellow. I want my blueish highlights to be more of a teal color while I want my blueish shadows to be a dark navy blue. I guess what I am trying to ask is what tools would I use to change the hue of the highlights and shadows of a single color. I am trying to achieve a look similar to the fim maker Sam Kolder. What would be the best way of doing this? I apologize for any confusion for this is hard to explain the look I am going for. In Photoshop if I go under hue and sturation, it only gives me a chance to change the hue of the entire color. This means that my blue highlights and blue shadows will change to the same color while I want my shadow of a color and highlights of a color to be a bit different. Sorry if there is any confusion, thank you so much for the help!

You can probably do that with a combination of curves and selective color adjustment layers.
