HELP! photoshop CS3 extended License certification Problem

1. I can't 'photoshop cs3 extended' certification

2. I requested certification for photoshop and I received a 'new serial number' from Adobe.

3. BUT my computer recognition only 'old Serial Number'

4. so, I delete 'photoshop cs3 extended' and 'photoshop relation Registry and Folder ' all

5. reinstall 'photoshop cs3 extended'

6. But the same phenomenon

The cs3 activation servers have been taken down, so there's no way to activate cs3.

Adobe has provided non activation versions of cs3 you can get from here.

You need to uninstall your old cs3 and use the new install and new serial number.
