How to import text from excel to photoshop ?

Het guys i have a big list of names in excel which i want to bring one by one to this

i only have one text field and want to bring a name from excel list to this field and save the file, then bring the next nahme to this text field and save the file and on and on. so is there an easy way to do this like create an action or something pls help.

This looks like a job for variable data sets.

I have never tried this in Photoshop because I find it's easier to do in InDesign, but if you don't have InDesign, or prefer to stay in Photoshop, here is the method:
