it's not ,mine is over qulaified than what adobe required to run the software , please if you don't know the answer simply don't reply , to let the experts find out the reasons
No, your talking about hardware sufficencey. Im talking about hardware compatability. Have you checked that your graphics card is supported by the program? And any other hardware.
Another cause can be missing files. But you shouldn't get that with the trial download. the error is coming directly from Photoshop, not the computer, which i would presume means photoshop has been told what to do in that situation exactly. When do you get the error anyway? does it seem to install then tell you about it, or does it come up straight away, or somewhere in between?
Also, language / version incompatability could be a cuase. "AdobeTypeSupport9-mul.boot.xml" < that just sounds like it could be talking about an issue like that considering it is everywhere in that text, just different names.
