I am trying to move my actions to a new computer. I have followed the instructions here Migrate presets, actions, and settings https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preset-migration.html

But when I go to Export/Import Presets none show up.

I am also not able to save my actions and I cannot find them through finder on my Mac

Any tips on what to do would be appreciated

Thanks

Any actions you record and edit You should always save the action sets they are in into a folder of  your that keep your actions in for safe keeping.  They will have the name ActionSetName.atn  If you do not the only place they are on disk is in your Photoshop Preferences in "Action Palette.psp"  That file may be reset or become corrupt if that happens  you will loose all your actions.     You need to save your actions.  Once you do you can copy the *.atn files to your new computer and load your actions into the actions palette from the ATN files.
