I got a new PC. Now when I go to print settings I can no longer choose 12x12 as my paper size. I tried to download an update for CS6 but it failed. I am a loss at what to do. I have tried to contact Adobe, even if I have to pay but cant get to a number. I just get into a continuous loop....fo @#$%^ frustrating. Please help.

Did you install the printer driver to new PC?

If you are trying to choose a paper size from the Print dialog box, the paper sizes there are not part of Photoshop. They are provided by the printer driver software through the operating system. Applications including Photoshop pick up the paper sizes provided by the printer driver.

If you just got a new PC, have you installed the driver software for your printer yet? If you have not, the paper sizes for your printer aren't in the operating system for Photoshop to use.

Hey, can you maybe post a screenshot of your "New Document" dialog box (in which you can't choose 12x12 any more?
