This fixed my issue! Rolling back to the 2nd most recent driver fixed pressure sensitivity for the New 1060Pro version!

Thanks for the feedback.  So rolling back the driver fixed your issue?

It was Display Settings> arranging the Laptop Monitor and the Pen Display in a different order. Weird right?

Now that I know it works, I will try the 14.7.4 AFTER I get some work done.

Never before did I need to calibrate the Pen display until 14.7.4. Even after calibration the cursor was 4" away from the pen, useless, I don't trust it.

Do you use additional monitors?

Lazy Nezumi Pro has a fix for offset cursor, but I don't know how relevant it is for your issue with the Huion GT221 Pro

We'd appreciate any feedback whether about full fixes, or just workarounds, as tablet issues are still an ongoing problem for some people.

[EDIT]  If you are not already doing so, you should try using the WinTab API.  It is not so relevant with CS6, but will be so with CC2014.2 and later.   This only applies if you are using Windows 8.1 or 10.
