Touch Ring "Auto Scroll/Zoom" feature not working in Ps

Hi there,

The April Windows 10 update really screwed me over as I'm sure it did a lot of people. My Intuos 4 tablet began not working properly in Photoshop and in Sketchbook as well. I tried to find temporary solutions but nothing seemed to really work. Thank god this last update came around, because now my tablet works just fine in Sketchbook! But I'm still having a touch ring issue in Ps.

The first function I have set on my touch ring is "auto scroll/zoom". Before last month's update, this feature worked fine for me for the whole seven years I've had this tablet. When the update was installed, instead of zooming in and out like it should, the app automatically toggles to the eye dropper tool, and moving my finger around the ring just kind of scrolls up and down the work-space. I just want it to zoom in and out, so I thought maybe changing the function to just "zoom" would help, but it has the same problem. The strange thing is that all of the other types of functions work just fine.

Even after updating the drivers, installing the new windows update, and trying to find solutions to similar problems on here, the problem persists. I do have "Use Windows Ink" disabled, and I tried the "UseSystemStylus 0" thing, but it's still acting weird.

This is the only remaining problem I have from the bad update, and if anyone has a solution or a workaround, I would be so grateful!
