Audio not importing with the video

In my newly purchased Adobe Premier Elements 2025, the audio is not importing with the video. Am I missing something here? Could someone help me with this plz?

Might be an unsupported codec involved.

Post screenshot of clip in MediaInfo in TREEVIEW here on the forum.

I read all posts, made all recommended downloads, still no audio in Premier Elements 2025. Very disappointed.

I have been using Premier Elements for over 15 years, I love it.

I just got a new computer, and will double my efforts to recover an old Premier Elements purchase.

For now, I am giving up on Elements 2025.
