Audio not importing with the video

In my newly purchased Adobe Premier Elements 2025, the audio is not importing with the video. Am I missing something here? Could someone help me with this plz?

Might be an unsupported codec involved.

Post screenshot of clip in MediaInfo in TREEVIEW here on the forum.

Did you convert the audio?

I made the attempt to convert the audio. I downloaded Handbrake and MajorGeeks, watched the accompanying video, then sought more videos on youtube.

I am simply not a computer nerd and failed to understand most of it.

I am attempting to recover my previous version of Premier Elemments that I forfieted when I purchased my new computer., and I requested a refund from Amazon for the Elements 2025.

Neither one of those tasks look to have a positive outcome, Amazon does not refund these types of purchases.

Again, thank you for your assistance, but I believe my amatuer movie making days are over, 15 years was a good run.
